Sub: Request for Permissions for laying Natural Gas Pipeline along the side of State High Ways and
Ring Road under your jurisdiction

Dear Sir,

At the outset, we M/s. Adani Gas Limited would like to initially thank you for expeditiously
forwarding the above referred applications to the respective authorities.

Please be informed to you that, we have completed the inspection under your authority supervision
and have been confirmed the chainages as well as the type of soil for our proposed pipeline route.
We once again would like to appreciate for the immediate action in this regard.

Now, we hereby request for approval of the permissions by considering the guidelines issued by
Government of India (Ministry of Urban Development) pertaining to Standardization of restoration
charges for laying out Gas pipelines. (Attached as Annexure)

Hence, it is requested to kindly accord the permissions for laying of pipelines for developing CGD
network in the Tiruppur District.
