DELIVERY OF SERVICES

1. Obtain a sample of patient medication/client profile. What are the necessary information
about the patient/client? What is the significance of keeping these records? (Paste a sample of
the profile)

2. Describe the attitudes, behavior, and skills in proper dealing with patients/clients.
 In dealing with different kind of clients that have different profession in life the officer or
the employee in charge must be calm and casual even any kind of tension occurs while
communication is ongoing.

3. Describe the scope of services catered by each department in the immersion company to the
patients/clients. (Ex. Out-patient. Emergency, Pharmacy, Radiology, Laboratory, Records,
Accounting, etc.)

Banks undertake/various agency services for their customers. These are outlined below.

a) Collection of cheques, drafts, and bills of exchange on behalf of customers.


b) Collection of dividend and interest warrants of customers.
c) Collection of pension of government employees.
d) Purchase and sale of securities on the instructions of customers.
e) Executing standing orders for payment of rent, electricity bill, insurance premium etc.
f) Acting as correspondent or representative of customers in dealing with other banks.
g) Acting as trustee or executor when so nominated.

A commercial bank also performs the following services of general utility to the public:

a) Issue of letters of credit, traveller’s cheques and circular notes.


b) Safe custody of valuables like gold, jewellery and important
documents in safe deposit vaults (lockers) available on hire.
c) Supply of trade information.
d) Acting as a referee as regards financial status of customers.
e) Acceptance of bills of exchange on behalf of customers.
f) Underwriting loans floated by government and public bodies.

4. What are the most common problems encountered by each department in the delivery of their
services? What preventive measures and solutions they usually do?
 The most common problem that I noticed is when the ATM is malfunctioning then many
clients are complaining. The solution that they usually do is to tell to their clients its
either to withdraw using a withdrawal slip or go to Municipal Hall because it has also
ATM there.
