At a meeting of the Directors of

Experts Tutors Islamabad (SMC-Private) Limited held at Islamabad the 23 day of February 2016 the following
Resolutions were passed.

“Resolved that a request be made to Allied Bank Limited to link all accounts opened & operate in the name of
Experts Tutors Islamabad (SMC-Private) Limited in various Branches of the bank with the company’s main account
having No. 0117-001003640686001-9 maintained in Civic Centre Islamabad Branch (0117) of the Bank
for the purpose of availing the Allied Direct Internet Banking facility (Only with viewing/reading permissions).

It has also been resolved that under mentioned person Mr. Muhammad Usman Safdar, Director is fully authorized
for use of Allied Direct Internet Banking Facility and control of its password.

It is further resolved that secrecy will be maintained by the authorized person very strictly and in case of leakage of
any kind of information loss caused to the company the bank will not be held responsible/ accountable for the
same in any case and company hereby also waive its right to sue the Bank.

Specimen signature of the authorized person is appended below:-

“That the Resolutions be communicated to the Bank and remain in force until notice in written given to the Bank
by the company”

We also certify that the above Resolutions have been duly entered in the Minute Book and therein by the
Chairman and are in accordance with the Articles of the Company and the Company is Private Limited.
