Night Audit Process

Pre End Of Day Final Check:

 Ensure there are NO departures still to depart in Opera PMS

 Ensure there are NO non-guaranteed arrivals still to arrive (including group masters/PM). 

 Guaranteed booking to be left to run as NO Shows and to be communicated to reservations.

 Print Out of Order by Reason for Fairview (FHL) and Town Lodge(TLU)

I. Click on Miscellaneous
II. Select Out of Order by reason
III. Click on Room Class drop down button
IV. Select FHL by clicking infront of FHL and a X sign appears infront of FHL
V. Click on Rooms Status and select Out Of Service.
VI. Preview and Print
VII. Repeat the same for TLU by replacing TLU in the above process where FHL
is.
