Reference Letter of Provincial Electricity Authority, MorTor. 5310.21/2079/2020, dated 15 th April
2020, titled Notification of conditions for synchronizing the generator to connect with the 22
kV power system of the Provincial Electricity Authority.
As the Provincial Electricity Authority has informed the conditions for the generator with the 22
kilovolt (kV) electricity system of the Provincial Electricity Authority for the company to consider and
deliver the letter acknowledging and agreeing to comply with the conditions to use in the preparation
of the contract and to consider approving the synchronizing of generator of the Green Yellow Solar 1
(Thailand) Co., Ltd. with details as informed in the reference letter.
The company would like to confirm that the company has an intention to synchronize the
generators from the system by using solar power generation system (Photovoltaic) with the total
installed capacity of 943.50 kilowatts (kWp) of Green Yellow Solar 1 (Thailand) Co., Ltd., and connect
it with the 22 kilovolt (kV) of the Provincial Electricity Authority. The company has acknowledged and
agreed to comply with the conditions in clauses 1 to 4 as specified in the reference letter. Thus, it is in
accordance with the criteria, rules, and relevant regulations of the Energy Regulatory Commission.
