REQUIREMENTS FOR CERTIFICATION FOR TREE CUTTING PERMIT (FRUIT BEARING TREES) 1, Request letter address to the Municipal Agriculturist stating the reason why the tree is requested to be cut. 2. Certification from the barangay that the requester is the owner of the lot where the tree is planted and that the barangay interposes no objection on the said request. (will leave @ photocopy for office file) 3. Proof of ownership of lot where the tree is planted such as but not limited to Title, ‘Tax Declaration, Deed of Sale or Deed of Donation. (will leave a photocopy for office file) 4. If the requester is not the owner of the lot or representative only of the owner, Authorization letter from the owner is required. (will leave a photocopy for office file) * Upon compliance with these requirements, the Office of the Municipal Agriculturist will conduct an ocular inspection and take photo of the subject tree. Valid reasons for cutting of trees such as but not limited to 1. Pose danger to lives and properties 2. Tree is senile 3. Will cause damage to properties 5.
