These bil clearly reveals that Water Tax, Water benefit tax and Sewage Tax have been charged by PMC whereas we are not getting a single drop of PMC Water and Sewage facilty from inception till date, then where does the question arise for these taxes to be charged. We would also like to share with you that our Society has been registered on 11° May 2016 and Undri Area has been ‘merged in Pune Municipal Corporation since Feb 2017 However we are still struggling for following basic facilities for ‘our Society. :)PMC Water line up to the society for supplying Water 24 x7 from nearby connection which is Only approx. 500 ‘meters away from the Society. 2) Sewage line connection from the Society STP to PMC drain line. 3) Proper Tar/Concrete Road with Street lights from KAD chowk to Nyati Ethos Cooperative society via Caelum school. (Approx. 800 meter long x 20 feet Road). ‘Our Earlier Applications no NECHSL/GEN-GOVT/2018-19/004 Dated 14"June2018 to PMC & NECHSL/GEN- GOVT/2018-19/001 Dtd 24” May 2018 to The Guardian Minister -Mr. Girish Bapat on the matter are enclosed for your reference. We request your help in expediting the above three long pending issues on priority and MEANWHILE amend our Property tax bills accordingly to include the Water Tax Water benefit tax and Sewage tax ONLY AFTER these are actually IN PLACE and OPERATIONAL, to enable us to pay the legitimate bill amount in time.
