Thank you for your letter of 12 December requesting some information about our slide presentation
service.
Our company has had considerable experience of putting on slide presentations for different kinds
of purposes. If you choose our services, you can rest assured that your slide presentation will be in
the best hands.
The advantages of a slide presentations are well known: amenity, brightness, variety and clarity,
among many others.
Slides can have not only text, but charts, drawn, objects and shapes, as well as clip art, movies and
sounds. The animation effects applied to a text and the commentary to the visual presentation
always makes a good impression on the audience.
We have the latest equipment to ensure that the presentation runs smoothly.
Our terms of business are £500 for the complete package including the commentary and setting up
the presentation. We can also prepare handouts (smaller, printed versions of two, tree or six slides
per page) at £2 per copy.
Should you decide to choose our company I would suggest that you contact me to fix a time for one
of my staff to meet you to decide on the information that you would like to be included in the
presentation. It might be a good idea to start our work at least three moths in advance.
