This research module comes in 2 portions.

The first portion is to lay the foundations for the dissertation

module and enable us to take the research proposal forward and conduct the research; it must cover
the elements on page 14 for Doc 1 (excepted highlighted in yellow). The second portion would be the
dissertation covering all the elements on page 15 including the yellow highlighted.

My research module title would be:

How I.O.T drives work efficiency for building managers?- Singapore context

1. Content must be Singapore based standard

2. At least 10 citations from reputable journals or from any creditable source and referencing
would be in Harvard style.
3. 1st portion – 2500 words with +/- 10% buffer excluding references – 5 citations from reputable
journals or from any credible source (not from Wikipedia) and to include the web link as well
as a print screen (full page) on the cited journal or from the credible source.
4. 2nd portion(dissertation) – 8000 words with +/- 10% buffer excluding references but including
the earlier 1st portion of 2500 words - 10 citations from reputable journals or from any credible
source (not from Wikipedia) and to include the web link as well as a print screen (full page) on
the cited journal or from the credible source.

5. Research Questions:

o To understand whether I.O.T drives work efficiency for building managers

o To study the type of I.O.T technology that drives work efficiency for building managers.

6. Research Aim
o Does I.O.T technologies value adds to Building Manager’s work?
o Can the use of I.O.T technologies help to achieve work productivity in a building?

7. Research objective
o Pls come out at least 2 objectives based on each research aim as mentioned above.

8. Write the different type of research proposal with reference:

o Qualitative
o Mixed Method
o Quantitative
9. Thereafter use Qualitative measures with survey (close ended questions) with no conclusions.
