8. I acknowledge that SMART discloses information to the Government, in cases when SMART is required to do so for them to
comply with government laws, rules, and regulations. This includes, among others:

printed copy of my SOA, unless I have stated otherwise by indicating my preference for SOA delivery in my application

10. I acknowledge that SMART will keep all information pertaining to my account, including all personal data about myself, for

the event of payment default, SMART will have the right to collect all unpaid balance/s of my account including applicable
surcharges and late payment fees including pre termination fees (if any) and Collection Agency Fees.

11. I acknowledge that I can manage my privacy preferences at any time, and can exercise my rights in relation to the personal

right to access my data at my request, the right to correct any inaccurate or outdated data about me, and the right to erase or
