The academic institutions in Banglasesh are experiencing long term closure due to the fear of COVID-19

pandemic. The secondary and higher secondary institutions are completely remain in shut down
position. Public universities in the country have decided to suspend their activities altogether while
private universities are allowed to continue their running semester Spring,2020. But many students and
their parents are against the idea of resuming class through online platform. Their main argument was
lack of continuous stable internet connections, lack of proper devices, cost of data, family financial
condition , mental stress etc. On the other hand a small portion of students and teacher of several
universities argued on behalf of the adopting e learning approaches.
