Work for the hospital.

Dear sir,

Following are the rates for the quoted tender:

1. RCC, Core & Shell rates are 340 rupees per square ft.
2. For Lease material we will provide 20 rupees per square ft. from our quoted tender value.

Following are the Terms & Conditions and Points to be discussed for the quoted tender.

1. Water and electricity will be provided by the client at one point and will be free for construction
use.
2. Client can pay directly to the RMC vendor.
3. No special guarantees will be provided.
4. Steel wastage to be consider 3%.
5. All the required materials necessary on the site will be provided by the client.
6. Water tanks, Basement work and extra primary and secondary work will be quote separately as
per measurements.
7. The on lease materials you will be provided by your old contractor should be provided by him till
the completion of the site.
8. Mechanical materials as well as shuttering materials will be provided by your old contractor.

Kindly note the points to be discussed as mentioned above.
