I wish to apply for the role of Market Activator for Just Eat. After reading about the
post, I’m confident I would be a suitable fit for the role and a hard-working addition to the
team. Just Eat is an amazing platform that exposes consumers to a diverse range of new
culinary experiences.

I graduated from The University of Liverpool in 2019 with a BSc (Hons) in Combined
Honours Biology & Philosophy. During my studies I was required to create and deliver
presentations on both philosophical themes and scientific reports to niche audiences,
demonstrating my adaptability to communication; experience I can call upon to help pitch
new opportunities to potential clients. I am also a competent public speaker in both formal
and casual setting, as demonstrated by numerous community outreach projects I have
participated in where I would strike up genuine conversations with families in
neighbourhoods about community life. From this I have learned how to adopt a friendly and
approachable disposition, which will serve well when recruiting new eateries for Just Eat.

As part of my competitive powerlifting schedule, I train 2-3 hours a day and will eat
up to 6 meals, consuming roughly 3,500 calories daily. As such, I have learned a great deal
about nutrition and food in general, and absolutely consider myself a foodie. I am eager to
hone my existing communication skills, and also to learn and develop new skills sets such as
in sales or management.
