Replace ell frmwarochips with new (038-910-001/037 ) following instructions in Maintenance manual. Raise and block the platform to allow access to the wire quidancelEOA bracket between the hasclogs. Unplug the EOA cables from JPSS and JPS20. Cut all zip toe socuting the EOA cable, and free it from it's routing WIRE GUIDED ONLY: Unplug the wire cable from the wire g} Unbolt the wire guidanee/EOA bracket from the truck, and stand it up so that you can remove the wire guidance bracket from it. WIRE GUIDED ONLY: Unbolt tho wiro guidance bracket, and bolt guidanco/EOA bracket ( 1001220 ). in the samo location on the now wire Bolt the now sonsors (1000175'001 ) to the new sonsor brackot (10003348 ) according to attached picture. Plug in the new EOA Sensor Cable ( 1001650 ) to the new sensors, being sure to orient the connector properly. Connections should be made according to the attached picture. Route the EOA sensor cable through the wire quidance/EOA bracket and mount the EOA sensor bracket to it using (4) M8 X 20 HHC Screws (7 710-008/020 ) and (4) M8 lock nuts ( 5.016.005 ). Refer to attached picture for proper orientation of bracket. Use zip ties to hold the EOA sensor cable up to the bottom of the wi holes located near the rectangular cutout. guidance/EOA bracket using the Mount the wire guidance/EOA bracket hack on the truck using the hardware from the old bracket. Adjust the bracket height so that the bottom edge is 2" inches off the floar at the front. WIRE GUIDED ONLY: Plug the wire guidance cable back inta the wire guidance sensor. Route the new EOA sensor cable along the same path as theprevious cable was rauted, and zip tie in place Plug the EOA cable into JPS6 and JPS28. Attach the naw cable cover (1002461 ) ta the wire guidance/EOA bracket using the M6 X 10 halts (4.001.003) provided. Lower platform. Ensure the the EA slow down speed is properly set per the maintenance manual.
