Greetings:

WHEREAS, a Decision dated 26th of October 2011, was rendered by

this Court, the dispositive part of which reads as follows:

WHEREFORE, premises considered, by preponderance of

evidence, the plaintiff has proven his case and judgment is hereby
rendered in his favor, as follows:

1. Ordering defendant Feliciano Joya to pay plaintiff the

outstanding and legitimate obligations in the amount of
Eight Hundred Sixty Thousand (Php 860,000.00), the
outstanding obligation;
2. Fifty Thousand (Php 50,000.00) as and for Attorney’s fees
3. and to pay the costs of suit.

SO ORDERED.”

NOW, THEREFORE, you are hereby commanded to cause the

execution of the aforesaid Decision: to IMPLEMENT the Judgment of this
Honorable Court dated 26 October 2012 in accordance with the procedure
outlined in Rule 39 of the Revised Rules of Court, including payment in
full of your lawful fees for the service of this writ.
