Subject: Grant of Notional increment on 1st July of calendar year [after

retirement] for the purpose of pension to government employees.

Respected Sir,

Kindly refer to Under Secretary Finance HVPNL number CH101/FIN-

703/Vol-11 dated 09/12/2019

In this regard it is intimated that I have retired as XEN Sub Station

Design on 30/04/2006 after completing 12 months of service from
1/05/2005 to 30/04/2006, which is required for the increment
purpose .My PPO number is 13455 HVPNL.

So it is requested that the benefit of one increment may be given to me

and my pension be refixed accordingly.
