Terms & Conditions:
1) GST as applicable @18%
2) All civil work & scaffolding /hydra/forklift in your scope
3) Breaking of concrete and landing if any in your scope. Core cutting in our scope.
4) Payment to be made in favour of "RAV Fire services"
i) 20% of total value advance payment to commence the work
ii) 15% of total value after supply of pipe on site within 07 days
iii) 35% of total value advance payment before pumps installation
iv) 20% of total value advance payment before hydrant valve installation
v) 10% of total value after submitting final NOC within 07 days
5) If any non BOQ item required charges will be extra
6) Prices are subjected to change with prior notice Yours Faithfully
