Thank you for your patience. The Metro-Aviation Unit is funded and operated among three agencies. Richmond City,
Chesterfield County, and Henrico County. We can only comment on Henrico County. Please see the information you
have requested:

Flight logs of the plane for all trips taken since May 27, 2020 through the date this request is fulfilled

Response: Exempt under Code of Virginia 2.2-3706 because they are specific tactical plans, the disclosure of which
would jeopardize the safety or security of law-enforcement personnel or the general public. In addition, the logs contain
exempt personnel information about identifiable individuals. Code of Virginia Sec. 2.2-3705.1.

Fuel costs for the plane since May 27, 2020 through the date this request is fulfilled

Response: Fuel cost for N60430 providing aerial support of protest from May 27 thru July 7. Used 921 gallons. Current
contract price is $3.05 a gallon. Henrico’s share is $936.35 (fuel costs are divided equally between Henrico, Chesterfield
and Richmond).

Personnel costs for operating the plane since May 27, 2020 through the date this request is fulfilled (If this is not
available, the number of hours worked by pilots when they operate the plane, and their hourly pay).

Response: Pilot cost for flights providing aerial support of protest from May 27 thru July 7. For Henrico pilots only. Only for
time in air over the protest.

Pilot 1 = 26.8 hours at $31.32 an hour, Total $839.38

Pilot 2 = 24.8 hours at $29.89 an hour, Total $741.27

Pilot 3 = 22.8 hours at $32.07 an hour, Total $731.20

Pilot 4 = 16.5 hours at $36.05 an hour, Total $594.83
