Ingredients
1 pound fresh carrots, cut into 1/2-inch sticks
2 teaspoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
1. Place carrots in a greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt; toss to coat. Bake, uncovered, at 450° for 10-12
minutes or until crisp-tender.
