1. Minister Of Transportation Regulations Permenhub No. 39/2019 was issued in order to implement the provisions of Article 200 paragraph (4) and Article 256
No.KM.39/2019 on National Airport paragraph (4) of Law Number No. 1 of 2009 concerning on Aviation.
OrderOrder. (“Permenhub No.
39/2019”) Permenhub No. 39/2019 regulates stipulates that the National Airport Order is a national airport system that describes airport
planning based on spatial planning, economic growth, regional comparative advantage, natural and geographical conditions,
intra-and intermodal transportation, environmental sustainability, Aviation Safety and Security, and integration with other
development sectors.

Furthermore, Permenhub No. 39/2019 concerningregulates regarding:


a. the role, function, use, hierarchy, and classification of General Public Airports; and
b. the airport's national master plan.

Permenhub No. 39/2019 has been in force since 23 May 2019.

Kebandarudaraan Nasional
(“Permenhub No. 39/2019”) Permenhub No. 39/2019 mengatur bahwa Tatanan Kebandarudaraan Nasional adalah sistem kebandarudaraan secara
nasional yang menggambarkan perencanaan Bandar Udara berdasarkan rencana tata ruang, pertumbuhan ekonomi,
keunggulan komparatif wilayah, kondisi alam dan geografi, keterpaduan intra dan antarmoda transportasi, kelestarian
lingkungan, Keselamatan dan Keamanan Penerbangan, serta keterpaduan dengan sektor pembangunan lainnya.

Lebih lanjut, Permenhub No. 39/2019 mengatur perihal:


a. peran, fungsi, penggunaan, hierarki, dan klasifikasi Bandar Udara Umum; dan
b. rencana induk nasional Bandar Udara.

Permenhub No. 39/2019 ini mulai berlaku sejak tanggal 23 Mei 2019.

94/2019” )
Permenkeu No. 94/2019 stipulates that 1st Class Auction Class I Auction Officials are Civil Servants at of the Ministry of
Finance who are appointed as Auction Officials who are general public officials as stipulated in the legislation.

Furthermore, Permenkeu No. 94/2019 regulates regardinggoverns the subject: :


a. Appointment of 1st Class Auction Class I Auction Officer;
b. Duty, Authority, Responsibility, and Prohibition of 1st Class Auction Class I Auction Officials;
c. Position Area and Position of 1st Class Auction Class I Auction Officer;
d. Suprintendent of the Auction
e. Sanctions for 1st Class Auction Class I Auction Officials; and
f. Respectful dismissal of 1st Class Auction Class I Auction Officials;
g. Protection for 1st Class Auction Class I Auction Officials; and
h. Profession Organization of 1st Class Auction Class I Auction Officials

Permenkeu No. 94/2019 has been in force since 1 July 2019


Peraturan Menteri Keuangan No. Permenkeu No. 94/2019 diterbitkan sebagai upaya untuk pengembangan profesi Pejabat Lelang Kelas I dan meningkatkan
94/PMK.06/2019 Tahun 2019 tentang pelayanan lelang yang lebih optimal, transparan, akuntabel, adil, serta menjamin perlindungan hukum kepada Pejabat Lelang
Pejabat Lelang Kelas I (“Permenkeu Kelas I.
No. 94/2019”)
Permenkeu No. 94/2019 mengatur bahwa Pejabat Lelang Kelas I adalah Pegawai Negeri Sipil pada Kementerian Keuangan
yang diangkat sebagai Pejabat Lelang yang merupakan pejabat umum sebagaimana diatur dalam peraturan perundang-
undangan.

Lebih lanjut, Permenkeu No. 94/2019 mengatur perihal :


a. Pengangkatan Pejabat Lelang Kelas I;
b. Tugas, Wewenang, Tanggung Jawab, dan Larangan Pejabat Lelang Kelas I;
c. Wilayah Jabatan dan Tempat Kedudukan Pejabat Lelang Kelas I;
d. Pengawas Lelang (Superintenden);
e. Sanksi bagi Pejabat Lelang Kelas I; dan
f. Pemberhentian dengan hormat Pejabat Lelang Kelas I;
g. Perlindungan Bagi Pejabat Lelang Kelas I; dan
h. Organisasi Profesi Pejabat Lelang Kelas I.

Permenkeu No. 94/2019 mulai berlaku sejak tanggal 1 Juli 2019.

3. Regulalation of the Head of the Perkabaharkam No. 1/2019 was issued as an effort to provide a descriptionfurther implement of the Regulation of the Chief of

National Police Security Safety Agency Regulation of the Chief of the Indonesia National Police Nomber No. 13 of 2017 concerning on the Provision of Security
1 of 2019 concerning Prosedures for Assistance for National Vital Objects and Certain Objects,
Providing Security Services and
Security Management Systems on Perkabaharkam No. 1/2019 regulates that the implementation of security assistance forr Obvitnas National Vital Object
National Vital Objects and Specific (“Obvitnas”) and Certain Objects is carried out by:
Objects (“Perkabaharkam No. 1/2019”) a. Security services, and
b. Security Management System services.

Furthermore, Perkabaharkam No. 1/2019 stipulates that the form of cooperation between the National Police and
ObvitnasNational Vital Objects and Certain Objects Specific Objects shall be stipulated in the form of:
1. Memorandum of Understanding, which contains cooperation between the National Police and the management of National
Obligations (Obvitnas) or certain Objects that contain the scope of matters to be carried out and agreed upon by the
parties; and
2. Guidelines for Technical Cooperation, which contains programs, activities and budgets that are listed in detail about the
planned activities of security services and the Security Management System for Obvitnas and Certain Objects to be
implemented;

Perkabaharkam No. 1/2019 has been in force since 11 July 2019.


Peraturan Kepala Badan Pemelihara Perkabaharkam No. 1/2019 diterbitkan sebagai upaya untuk memberikan penjabaran terhadap Peraturan Kepala Kepolisian
Keamanan Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia Nomor 3 Tahun 2019 tentang Perubahan Peraturan Kepala Kepolisian Republik Indonesia Nomor 13
Republik Indonesia No. 1 Tahun 2019 Tahun 2017 tentang Pemberian Bantuan Pengamanan Objek Vital Nasional dan Objek Tertentu,
tentang Prosedur Pemberian Jasa
Pengamanan dan Sistem Manajemen Perkabaharkam No. 1/2019 mengatur bahwa penyelenggaraan pemberian bantuan pengamanan terhadap Obvitnas dan
Pengamanan pada Objek Vital Objek Tertentu dilakukan dengan kegiatan:
Nasional dan Objek Tertentu a. jasa pengamanan; dan
(“Perkabaharkam No. 1/2019”) b. jasa Sistem Manajemen Pengamanan.

Lebih lanjut, Perkabaharkam No. 1/2019 mengatur bahwa bentuk kerja sama antara Polri dengan Objek Vital Nasional dan
Objek Tertentu, dituangkan dalam bentuk:
1. Nota Kesepahaman, yang berisikan kerja sama antara Polri dengan pengelola Obvitnas atau Objek tertentu yang memuat
ruang lingkup hal-hal yang akan dilakukan dan disepakati para pihak; dan
2. Pedoman Kerjasama Teknis, yang memuat program, kegiatan dan anggaran yang tercantum secara rinci tentang rencana
kegiatan jasa pengamanan dan Sistem Manajemen Pengamanan terhadap Obvitnas dan Objek Tertentu yang akan
dilaksanakan;

Perkabaharkam No. 1/2019 mulai berlaku sejak tanggal 11 Juli 2019.


4. Director General of Tax Regulation No. PDJP No.13 / 2019 was issued as an effort to provide legal certainty regarding certain documents with equal status with Tax
PER-13 / PJ / 2019 Challenge Specific Invoice.
Documents whose Position Is Equated
with a Tax Invoice. PDJP No.13 / 2019 regulates that there are 16 (sixteen) certain documents whose positionwhich has is equal position with to
(“PDJP No. 13/2019”) the Tax Invoice.

Furthermore, PDJP No.13 / 2019 regulates that Taxable Entrepreneurs Enterprise who make certain documents whose
position is equalwhich has equal position with the to Tax Invoice but do not fulfill the formal requirements as referred to in
PDJP No.13 / 2019 will be subjected to sanctions in accordance with the provisions of the laws governing regarding general
provisions and tax procedures.

PDJP No. 13/2019 has been in force sincewill be in force on 31 August 2019

Peraturan Direktur Jenderal Pajak No. PDJP No.13/2019 diterbitkan sebagai upaya untuk memberikan kepastian hukum mengenai dokumen tertentu yang
PER-13/PJ/2019 Tantang Dokumen kedudukannya dipersamakan dengan Faktur Pajak.
Tertentu yang Kedudukannya
Dipersamakan dengan Faktur Pajak PDJP No.13/2019 mengatur bahwa terdapat 16 (enam belas) dokumen tertentu yang kedudukannya dipersamakan dengan
(“PDJP No.13/2019”) Faktur Pajak.

Lebih lanjut, PDJP No.13/2019 mengatur bahwa Pengusaha Kena Pajak yang membuat dokumen tertentu yang
kedudukannya dipersamakan dengan Faktur Pajak namun tidak memenuhi persyaratan formal sebagaimana dimaksud dalam
PDJP No.13/2019 akan dikenai sanksi sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangam yang mengatur mengenai
ketentuan umum dan tata cara perpajakan.

PDJP No.13/2019 akan mulai berlaku pada tanggal 31 Agustus 2019.
