Lack of self-confidence: My concern with regard to my entrepreneurial capabilities.

I sometimes doubt
my own work and look for some sort of assurance to make sure that I’m proficient and on the right track
with my plans.

Systematic planning and monitoring: When it comes to projects and work, I thoroughly plan them
through and double check everything to make sure everything is in place and done properly.

Opportunity seeking: Despite of being busy, I always find time to look for possible work or anything that
can help me earn money.

Persistence: I have failed in some of the things I tried to do in the past, but that hasn’t stop me from
trying and looking into more opportunities out there.

Goal Setting: I try to establish short and long term goals to keep me motivated in accomplishing them.

Committed to work contract: I stay committed on my tasks even though sometimes I tend to seem
stressed out about them.

Information Seeking: Relevant and helpful information is very important for me so I try to research as
much as I can before doing a specific task.

Risk taking: Although I’ am open to taking risks, the fear of failing always worries me. That’s why I try to
look at all possibilities before trying anything.

Lack of demand for efficiency: I sometimes choose to work on my own rather than having people to
help me because I fear that they wouldn’t be as productive and not put a lot of effort. This would end up
making me do the work again.

Lack of persuasion: I find it hard to influence other people with strong opinions.
