Abstract
The Goldbach Conjecture is a yet unproven conjecture stat-
ing that every even integer greater than two is the sum of
two prime numbers. The conjecture has been tested up to
400,000,000,000,000. Goldbach’s conjecture is one of the
oldest unsolved problems in number theory and in all of
mathematics.

1
Theorem
Every even integer greater than two is the sum of two prime
numbers.

Proof
First, we shall demonstrate the result with a few examples.
4=2+2
6=4+2
8=6+2
are a few examples where the result holds true, where 2,4 and 6 are even primes.

For the rest of the proof, the proof is left as an exercise to

the reader.
