EXPERIENCE

My experience in answering effective questions is that i answer questions that

are askee with confidence and structure. For example, when an employer asked

why you chose this company to work, i replied that it is the best company that

can produce a great, effiecient, high performing and profesional workforce. I

want to prove to the company that i have the ability to work in this company. I

give high praise and confidence in the company ability to make employer more

attractive to me. What employers are looking for is employees who can

contribute to the company. So, we need to be confident in our words and

include what we want to say on a regular basis to help employers understand

and like us.

The experience that we can learning and gained from succeeding in web

conference interviews is that we need to be aware of some things before

engaging in web conference interviews themselves. This kind of job interviews

are a bit scary at first but, also this ways are gaining popularity among

companies as they are faster and cheaper to build than a face-to-face meetings.

We only need to get used to it if we are serious about finding our job. The

things that we need to aware is to know how to look good and sound good on

camera. We will learn about the different types of video interviews, how to
dress appropriately for video interviews, and also about postures and basically

everything need to know to have a successful video work appointment.
