should be treated equally and all deserve the chance at the best

education they can get.

2. purpose of education: There are countless reasons why education is

important for young children. I feel like without education, there is no

purpose in life. Without education, humans would be stuck at square

one. Education is needed for young children to ensure a great future.

Education will prepare them for their future jobs and aspirations.

3. teacher's role: The teacher’s role is so important. The teacher can

affect the way a child learns. I remember having teachers in elementary

school who were just so amazing and truly enjoyed teaching children and

educating the class the best they could. Those are the teachers I will not

forget. Then on the other hand, there were teachers who only thought it

was a job and didn’t care to go above and beyond. Those teachers I never

really learned from.

4. Should know: As a teacher, I need to have a common knowledge in all

subjects and always be willing to learn new things. I should always

educate myself on subjects I am unfamiliar with, so I can better teach my

class. I should also always know that every single person and child has a

different frame of reference. Know this will help me adjust lessons and

the way I may teach a subject.
