Under the auspices of Sheikh Mohammed Enterprises, Heritage for Henna was established in 2004 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It established its first outlet at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel and over the months the company has shown great potential and has now 20 outlets in five star establishments spread across the United Arab Emirates. The increasing number of visitors from many countries spearhead the phenomenal growth of Heritage for Henna and have secured relationships with prestigious hospitality groups such as Jumeirah International, Marriott, The Kempinski & Hilton Hotels aswell as retail estate developers in prime locations such as Souq Madinat, Jumeirah, Bur Juman and the Sahara Centre in Sharjah. Our artists are trained to certification level in all aspects of Henna applications, hygiene, health and safety. As a child, Fathia was inspired by the atmosphere of joy and delight which embodied the Henna rituals that took place before weddings and other celebrations in her community. She has perfected a superior blend/ recipe of Henna and makes a success in the field of this art form. Fathia set the direction of the organization by way of planning, organizing, leading and controlling.OUR PRODUCT AND SERVICES Henna, otherwise called Mendhi is a small bush with scented leaves which grows in dry & hot climates. These leaves are dried and crushed then sieved many times through finely woven cloth and then mixed with other ingredients to produce a natural tint. Different shades are developed by mixing berries and leaves from other plants, such as tea, cloves and lemon. Ancient civilizations have long used Henna to adorn their bodies as a form of celebration and blessing in their pre-nuptial festivities.
