REGULATION 29: PRIOR INTIMATION OF BOARD MEETING

ln compliance with Regulation 29 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we advise that a meeting of
the Central Board of the Bank will be held on Friday, the 25th October, 2019, at Mumbai, to
discuss and approve the financial results of the Bank for the quarter and half year ended
September 30, 2019.

2. Further, we advise, in terms of Regulation 30(6) read with item No.15 of Part A of Schedule
lll of the Listing Regulations, an analyst meet is scheduled to be held at Mumbai on 25th
October 2019 at 5:00 P.M. in the State Bank Bhavan Auditorium, Mumbai.

3. ln terms of Regulation 47(3) of the Listing Regulations, we enclose for your information,
copy of notice regarding Board Meeting, being issued through press release.
