training.

Technology based learning method is used in order to let their employees know how to use
computer and run the mobile apps system by using instructor-led-training method
(classroom) and this training are for all employees especially the employees that working in

is a simulation in which it creates a real learning environment that reflects the work and real
life scenarios. This experimental system training reflects the real life process of how the new
system works in their daily routine to provide a lifetime experience as the system has been
developed in the company. While using this method, Store Manager or Assistant Store
Manager have the opportunity to see and test the system to see if the e-learning system meets

productivity.
Section 5: Security Requirements

As mentioned earlier, there is only one system to be used. This shows that this management
system promotes a really high degree of personalized data, not synchronization with third-
party system. This is because the e-Learning course provided to employees contains sensitive
information, user data, and other content that must be kept third parties. Most modern
Training and Management Systems (TMS) have advanced security protocols to ensure that
your employees' information is under locks and virtual locks. From advanced hackers and
authentication measures to restricted domain access.

There are several TMS security features that can help safeguard employee data. Firstly,
advanced password verification. When the user or employees logs in to the TMS before
logging into the system there are some things that employees need to do. For example
employees need to fill out their username and password are sent to the remote access server
as an all-in-one file. There may also be other protocols involved to ensure that only
authorized users can access the data. For example, if an employee wants to log in their system
is only allowed to log in three times before the system locks it. This helps prevent hackers
guessing their passwords.

Secondly, domain-based registration online users or employees can only sign up for TMS
through a domain specified by the administrator or from a dedicated eLearning portal. It can
also be combined with a password-protected domain to further enhance TMS security. For
example, give the user or employee an online name and password that they use to access this
site. As result, this way can keep their data safe.

Lastly, TMS system can be accessed by using a mobile phone where it can make the
employees easier. In order to protect employees any data information so it's important for
TMS employees itself to have mobile security features. This includes data encryption, mobile
user authentication, and anti-virus or spam protection. Which is also useful if your employees
plan to launch a mobile app for learning anytime and anywhere.
