Integration of IndiaMART’s Enquiry with a 3rd Party CRM

Please find below the details and steps for integrating IndiaMART enquiries

Steps:

1. Visit privacy setting present on seller.indiamart.com and generate CRM Key, which will be received on
his/her, registered mobile number as well as email-id

2. Enter the key received on his/her mobile number into the CRM. Provision should be present in the CRM for
entering this key

3. Call the below link to get the enquiry data by passing mobile number, key along with start and end date

4. This link will provide all the enquiry details (detailed output is present at the end of the this document)

5. Set the frequency of calling this link as per your own convenience (preferred frequency: twice a day)

To receive data from the above link, just replace the content in BOLD (highlighted in yellow) with your actual
details

Compulsory Parameter

1. mobile number (Registered customer mobile number)


2. key (generated by IndiaMART and given to CRM User for access)

Optional Parameter

1. Start_Time and End_Time (To send date range for extracting enquires format DD-MOM-YYYY)
example for date format: 25-MAR-2016

2. Start_Time and End_Time (To send timestamp range for extracting enquires format DD-MM-YYYY
HH:MM:SS (24 hr format))
example for timestamp format: 06-09-2017 16:30:00

Note: In case no date range is provided it gives default result with 100 enquires.
