Nowadays, stress is a common problem in modern life.

Stress is a basic thing of everyday life


and there is no way to escape. Stress defines when the body did not give any specific
reaction. Psychologists describe stress as tension experienced on individual over a period of
time which spoils the aptitude of the singular to accomplish his part. Stress able to create
bodily or mentor indications and stress can be engendered by pressure also problem in work
environment and individual lifestyle.

Stress is one of the biggest and most important problems of this age because stress always affects
our life in a negative way. In the past people had an easy life and they did not feel stress so much,
but today their life is getting worse day by day because of stress. In my opinion, there are three main
effects of being stressed on people’s psychology, work life and health.
