Subject: Application for the permission to arrange a study tour of the BBA department.

Dear Sir,

We, the students of the Department of Business Administration of Bangladesh University of Business
and Technology, are going to arrange a study tour at Cox’s Bazar on 17th—20th June, 2020. We would
like to visit the different places located at Cox’s Bazar and saint martin. The duration of the program is
four (4) days and it covers cox’s bazar and saint martin. It will help us to develop our practical and
academic knowledge. Alumni, faculty members, and administrative personnel of the Business
Administration department will also join with us in this program. In this regard, we need permission
from the university.

Therefore, we hope that you would be kind enough to grant our application and give us permission to
arrange a study tour at Cox’s Bazar and Saint Martin.
