General:

1. The case cannot be shared or distributed to anyone outside of the


competition at any time. A confidentiality agreement must be signed by all
participating students.
2. Teams will have a specified time period to work on both of the cases.
3. First case will be evaluated in 100 marks.
4. Second case and presentation will be evaluated respectively 70 and 30.

5. Students may not receive help from any faculty members. All work presented
must be the work of solely the participating team members.
6. Teams can be made up of three students from any batch
7. Each team should select a team name.
8. All members need to present.
9. One student from each team should be designated by the team as the leader.

. Resources:

1. Teams will need to bring their own laptops in the Final Round. We will not
provide technical support for those laptops.

Presentation:

1. The presentations will be 12 minutes, followed by a 03-minutes question-and-answer


session with the panel of judges. If a team finishes its presentation early, it will go right
ahead into its 03-minute question-and-answer session.
2. Practice rooms will be available for teams on the day of competition. Please bring your
own laptop to the practice room. We only provide computers in presentation room.
During the presentation the provided computer must be used.
3. We highly recommend that the presentation of the case include all team members
to capitalize on the strengths of each team member.

N.B: The club holds the authority to make any changes in the competition rules if
needed.
