I would request you to grant me leave from 21​st March to 29​th March, 2012. I require leave
on the mentioned dates as I am looking forward to go on a vacation. I have not availed any
leaves for the past 6 months. I do not have any work pending from my side and will hand
over my responsibilities to the concerned colleague/authority to handle, in my absence.

I once again request you to sanction the leave.
