The Australian Tentpegging Association (ATA) has great pleasure in inviting the Pakistani

Equestrian Federation to field a representative team to compete at the Tent Pegging World
Cup Qualifier to be held in Tamworth, Australia, January 2018.
The intended dates for competition will be
Friday 5th January, 2018 - Official Opening Horse Draw and Practice
Saturday 6th January,2018 – 1st Day Competition
Sunday 7th January, 2019 – 2nd Day Competition
Monday 8th January, 2018 – 3rd Day Competition

Teams need to fly into Tamworth, Australia on Thursday the 4th of January returning
Tuesday 9th of January, 2018. The venue will be the Tamworth Paceway, Showground Rd,
Tamworth, NSW, Australia.
We are pleased to invite 7 delegates from your country who will be provided with
- Transfers from TAMWORTH airport to accommodation and competitions and
return
- Accommodation for 5 nights
The competition will be conducted under the current ITPF rules. The rules state each rider
and delegate is required to have their own Personal Accident Insurance. We believe this
may be obtainable as part of travel insurance however that would need to be investigated
with each individual policy.
For VISA applications it is suggested that you view
www.border.gov.au/about/corporate/information/fact-sheets/17nz please ensure that you
abide by these guidelines as entry to Australia will be refused otherwise. There are also
requirements for bringing saddlery and other equipment into Australia please see
www.agriculture.gov.au/travelling/bringing-mailing-goods again without following these
guidelines your goods may not be allowed to enter the country.

ATA Requirements
- Copy of each rider and/or delegates passport and VISA
- Copy of each rider and/or delegates insurance
- Any special dietary requirements
- Equipment – We advise that each rider bring their own saddle, bridles will be
provided (please note: As per ATA rules bridles CANNOT be changed on horses
and no whips will be allowed, spurs will be at the discretion of the ground jury)
