‫ثانيا‪ /‬الصفحة الثانية تتضمن المحتويات ويتم فيها كتابة عناوين الفقرات الموجودة في التقرير مع ذكر رقم‬

‫التقرير والخطة المتبعة للقيام به‪ ،‬ويتم ذكر أي مصطلحات ومفاهيم تم ذكرها في التقرير‪ ،‬كما ويجب دمج‬
‫المعلومات التي تم جمعها وتلخيصها‪ G‬وشرحها‪ G‬بلغة الكاتب‪.‬‬
‫تعريف‪ G‬بسيط عن موضوع‪ G‬التقرير‪.‬‬ ‫‪‬‬

‫مالحظات عامة‪:‬‬
‫يكون حجم الخط ‪ 14‬ونوع الخط ‪ Times New Roman‬في حالة طباعة التقرير اما اذا كان بخط اليد فال توجد‪G‬‬ ‫‪-1‬‬
‫مشكلة‪.‬‬
‫يتم ترقيم‪ G‬كل االشكال الموجودة (حتى لو كانت من المصادر) وبالتسلسل ‪...‬مع كتابة شرح اسفل كل شكل‪.‬‬ ‫‪-2‬‬
‫نفس االجراء يكون للجداول لكن الشرح يكون اعلى الجدول‪.‬‬ ‫‪-3‬‬
‫المعادالت الموجودة في التقرير يكتب معها المصدر التي اخذت منه وتعطى رقم‪ G..‬حيث يتم تضمين كافة المصادر‪G‬‬ ‫‪-4‬‬
‫في نهاية التقرير بشكل قائمة مرقمة‪.‬‬

Report Writing Format
Here are the main sections of the standard report writing format:

 Title Section – This includes the:

Title of report
Name of university and Department, branch. 
Name of the student
The date of report preparation
 Summary or abstract – There needs to be a brief summary of the major points.
Conclusions, and recommendations. Short, as it is a general overview of the report. It
should cover the aims (the goal) of the report.

 Introduction – The first page of the report needs to have an introduction. 

You will explain the problem. Give a definition of terms and information about the
problem and goal of report. 
Body – This is the main section of the report.  The body of the report is of course the main
text of the report, the sections between the introduction and discussion ,conclusion.
There needs to be several sections, with each having a subtitle.  Information is usually
arranged in order of importance with the most important information coming first.
It may include:
Methods, equations, examples and Results: include a summary of the results, with any
necessary diagrams, graphs or tables of gathered data that support your results.

 Discussion -go over your findings and their significance. Go into the meaning,
importance and relevance of your results.explaine and evaluate what you found. The
facts and evidence you have gathered should be analyzed and discussed with specific
reference to the problem or issue.
 Conclusion – This is where everything comes together. Summarize your report and
provides your final thoughts of the problem of report.
In the conclusion you should show the overall significance of what has been covered.

Note: Remember that the information needs to be organized logically with the most
important information coming first.

INTRODUCTION

Water pollution .1.1

Water is anything that degrades water quality; any physical,

biological or makes water unsuitable for desired users can be
considered pollution (1).
Water from natural resources such as rivers, reservoirs and water
tanks undergo a range of treatment processes in order to be supplied
as drinking water (2-3).
