NARRATIVE REPORT

3RD GENERAL ASSEMBLY


January 30,2019
SSCT Old Library

The CEIT-SC conducted the 3rd General


Assembly last January 30, 2019 at SSCT Function
Hall.
The program was emceed by Ms. Noeme
Quinalagan. It was started 3:35 pm by a prayer
and followed by a National Anthem via Multimedia
Presentation. The assembly formally started by
Engr. Gracechell Pascua, CEIT-SC Adviser.Mr.
Ian Cristobal Melis, CEIT-SC Governor discussed
the 1st agenda which is about the College Week.
Mr. Melis, presented the program, the activities in
every college and the T-shirts..Ms. Loren Ijapon,
CEIT Treasurer presented the 2nd agenda which
was the CEIT-SC Financial Statement and the
contribution for college week. All the information
presented was already approved and discussed
with the CEIT-SC Officers, Advisers, CEIT
Program Chair and with the Dean. So, the P40.00
Photo taken during the 3rd Assembly contribution is final and irrevocable. Mr. Junry
Dotillos, the CEIT PIO presented the Upcoming
Activities for 2nd Semester School Year 2018-019.
The Next part of the program is the Open
Forum which the student can ask freely to the
officers and it was answered by all the CEIT-SC
Officers. Mostly the students are interested about
the College Week. Majority of them wants to have
a new College Week T-shirt. Together with the
adviser, dean and CEIT-SC, it was approved to
have a new T-shirt that will be used for College
Week. The program was closed by the Ms. Nina
Ecoben and followed by closing prayer.

3rd GENERAL ASSEMBLY

MINUTES OF THE MEETING WAS HELD ON JANUARY 30, 2019 AT SSCT OLD
FUNCTION HALL AT 3:35 IN THE AFTERNOON.
There were 180 students present out of 2147 registered CEIT students. So, the chairman declared as
quorum.

Started by a prayer via Multimedia Presentation followed by National Anthem


Mr.Ian Melis, the CEIT Governor led the meeting.

AGENDA:

 College Week
Mr. Ian Melis-CEIT Governor presented the important information about College Week. First this is
the program, activities in every college and the T-shirt color is Maroon.

 Presentation of the CEIT-SC Financial Report


Ms Loren Ijapon, CEIT-SC Treasurer informed the CEIT Students about the Financial Statement of
the CEIT-SC. She presented the spent and unspent funds for CEIT. Also the final contribution for
the College Week is only P40.00, no guarantee of T-shirt.

 Presentation of the CEIT Upcoming Activities


Mr. Junry Dotillos, CEIT-SC PIO discussed the CEIT Upcoming Activities.

The meeting was started by the prayer led by CEIT Secretary Ms. Mary Ladyniel Apalisok.

There were 30 classroom officers who attended the said meeting together with the 6 CEIT-SC
officers and Advisers: Dr. Jessica Rose E. Fernandez and Engr. Lucilyn C. Borja.

Mr.Ian Melis, the CEIT Governor led the meeting.

AGENDA:

 College Week

Mr. Ian Cristobal G. Melis-CEIT Governor presented the important information about the College
Week task and responsibility. Then he presented the activities from different colleges.

 Elimination and Screening

Mr. Darriel Benedicto, CEIT-SC Vice Governor informed about the officers of the upcoming
elimination for CEIT Activities like Mobile Legend, Battle of the Brains, Canvass Painting and
Poster Making Contest.

 Exhibit and Seminars

Mr. Aldwin Delgado, CEIT-SC Peace Officer informed the officers about the upcoming exhibit and
Seminar. He assigned the different organization to do the exhibit and seminar. The organization
officers agreed the agenda.

 Other Matters

Mr. Carlito Espinosa, CEIT-SC Business Manager, led the section of the meeting.
Where some classroom officers asked some questions about the College Week.

 College Week Evaluation

Mr. Ian Cristobal G. Melis-CEIT Governor presented the important information about the College
Week task and responsibility. Then he presented that there were man powers needed for the activity
especially on February 20, 2019 the CEIT Sponsorship day. He assigned the mayors and
organization officers to their responsibility.

 T-Shirt Distribution

Mr. Darriel Benedicto, CEIT-SC Vice Governor informed about the updates of the T-shirt. The
distribution of the T-shirt will be happen on Sunday (February 17, 2019).

 Other Matters

Mr. Junry Dotillos, CEIT-SC PIO, led the section of the meeting.
Where some classroom officers asked some questions about the Sponsorship Day for the College
Week.

The meeting was started by the prayer led by CEIT Governor Ian Cristobal G.Melis

There were 15 classroom officers who attended the said meeting together with the 6 CEIT-SC
officers and Advisers: Dr. Jessica Rose E. Fernandez and Engr. Lucilyn C. Borja.

Mr.Ian Melis, the CEIT Governor led the meeting.

AGENDA:

 College Week Evaluation

Mr. Ian Cristobal G. Melis-CEIT Governor presented the important information about some College
Week accomplished task and responsibilty. Where there were also some concerns of the classroom
officers during the College Week.

Mr. Ian Cristobal G. Melis-CEIT governor allowed to speak and give time about the concerns during
the college week and also, the classroom officers ask some questions about the College Week
performance of our College(CEIT).

 Research Proposal Updates

Ms Loren Ijapon, CEIT-SC Treasurer informed about the updates of the Research Proposal that the
Proposed Research was already passed on the SSG office.

Ms. Loren Ijapon added that there were some data to be collected and counted to get the research
proposal purpose.

 Other Matters

Mr. Junry Dotillos, CEIT-SC P.I.O. led the section of the meeting.
Where some classroom officers asked some questions about the financial status of the CEIT funds.

Where Ms. Loren Ijapon, CEIT-SC Treasurer take the floor and initiated to show the CEIT funds.

Where Ms. Loren Ijapon explained the cash inflow and outflow during the college week event.

Where all who attended the meeting had no doubt about the presented CEIT funds by the CEIT-
SC Treasurer ,Loren Ijapon.

The summary for Speaker who discuss the agenda for the 3 rd General Assembly is Very
Good. For the venue is Very Good, the same as preparedness of the Organizers. The Over
