After our meeting with an official from Bangladesh government we are facing
some issue to be solved, if we want to go ahead with our project.
The following information and quarries need to be fulfilled, if we want to go
ahead.
1. We need Authenticity of PIC. Our government receive a lot of offer like PIC
and most of them are fake and they tried to con our government. To prove
PIC is not like that we need PIC portfolio and at least most recent 3-5
project details which PIC work with other government.
2. We need a letter from PIC to state that we, Kasem vhai & me, have the
authority to discourse the matter on behalf of PIC with our Government.
They might issue a letter declaring us as their represented or their
intermediaries. We need it as legal procedure. If we need to form a
company, we will do it.
3. Our government wanted to know is there any hidden fees other than
intermediaries’ fees in the deal. Cause as per our talk we offer them
interest free financing and also, they would like to know who will pay the
intermediaries, PIC or Government.
4. We need the office address of PIC south Asian region office and to which
whom we will address the proposal to.
5. Finally will PIC do other investment in Bangladesh or its an one of offer.
