Two-thirds, three-quarter, and full-time pastors may receive a reimbursement of up to $1200 for expenses $500 for 1 evangelistic series completed
incurred attending the 2020 CALLED Ministerial Convention and/or 2020 GC Session. Avail Career Enrichment funds

Full-time only pastors can receive an additional $400 reimbursement for attending the CALLED Ministerial
Convention. Reimbursable expenses are for employee only, not the expenses of spouse or children

Pastors may receive funds through the Evangelism Departments for completing up to 1 evangelistic series ($500)
Pastors may use any available career Career Enrichment funds.

Prepaid hotel, airline tickets and CALLED Convention registration fees may be submitted prior to the event. All
other expenses should be submitted once the trip is completed. Submit this form with original receipts to Rhonda
Garner in Secretariat. Deadline for submitting is August 31, 2020.
