What is eDIS
eDIS (eDelivery International Shipping) is a web-based order fulfilment system to help eBay sellers with cross-
border transactions shipped from China. This platform allows sellers to process their SpeedPAK shipments,
print shipping labels and schedule pick-up/drop-off. All SpeedPAK shipments must be paid and scheduled on
eDIS.
Benefit
What is SpeedPAK
SpeedPAK is an eBay shipping service developed specifically for cross-border deliveries originating from China.
eBay has partnered with Orange Connex Ltd to provide sellers with a logistics solution that is fully integrated
with eBay’s platform, offers fast handling and delivery times, and is protected by eBay.
• Fill in the details, read and agree to the terms, condition and privacy policy, and click “Register”.
• Once done, you will receive a message to check your mailbox to complete the registration
• Check the confirmation message in your mailbox (do check your spam/junk folder). It will contains an
activation link. Click the link to activate your account.
• Once done, you can now proceed to the login page and login to the system
Setting up your preferences
Upon login, system will launch the setup wizard if any preference has yet to be set. Preferences to be set are:
These settings need to be configured only one time. Subsequently sellers can change any of these settings
anytime under “My Preference” at the top right menu.
This setting determine how orders can be imported into EDIS system. There are 2 methods to import orders:
You can create one or more ship-from addresses. The addresses is used to indicate the item’s ship-from
location, and will be printed as part of the shipping label. You can create your first ship-from address in the
setup wizard, and later add more under My preference > Address Management
Note: This is the address shown on the label, NOT the address for pick-up. Pick-up address can be
defined in Consignment Setting.
Fieldname definition:
Field Definition
Address name The name of this address. Recommend to give an easily recognizable name. When you
process your order, you will choose from the list of addresses’ names you defined here
Contact/Company Provide the contact and company name for this address
Name
Address info Set the exact location of the address.
Consignment Setting
In this section you can set one or more consignment setting, which is the location for a pick-up or drop-off.
These usually represent the actual warehouse/consignment center of your daily operation. When you process
each order, you will select one of the predefined consignment point to arrange for a pick-up from SpeedPAK,
or drop-off to the nearest SpeedPAK service point.

Consignment rule’s Name of the consignment point. Recommend to give an easily recognizable name.
name When you process your order, you will choose from the list of names you defined

Consignment Select either Pick Up or Drop Off. If Pick Up is selected, Orange Connex will visit the
Method address and pick up the parcel according to SOP. For Drop-off, you can refer to the
drop-off locations here
Contact / Company Enter the contact person and company name here
Name
Address Info Enter the address of the consignment point. Please ensure this is accurate to avoid
any pick-up issue.
Pick-up Time Select the desired pick-up time
Shipping Label Setting
In this section, you can set the level of details to be printed on the SpeedPAK shipping label. There are 4
attributes to select from, and the template will update in real time how it will look like as you check/uncheck
each attribute.
Field Definition
Declaration Name The item’s declaration name, in Chinese. Item’s declaration name can be set in a few
(Chinese) options, such as from SKU management or manually set on each transaction
Declaration Name The item’s declaration name, in English. By default this will take either eBay listing
(English) title. It can also be set from SKU management or manually set on each transaction
Product Include the product’s variation details (size, color etc)

Remarks Include remarks at the bottom of the label. Remark can be set dynamically by seller
on each parcel
Please note that all these information are optional and depend on seller’s preference. Its fine to exclude all
the details (print an empty label) and write the details manually (e.g using hand writing).
Shipping Service Mapping Rule
You can set automated mapping rules to decide if a particular order should use an economy or standard
service and reduce manual effort. For example, you can create a rule similar to the screenshot above:
This features is a useful way to automatically select correct shipping service based on various factors of the
order. Available parameters are:

Weight (g) Set mapping rule using the weight of the order. Available operators are less than ( < )
and greater than or equals to ( >= )
Order Amount Set mapping rule using the order amount. Available operators are less than ( < ) and
(USD) greater than or equals to ( >= )
Buyer Country Set mapping rule based on buyer’s country. Available operators are include and
exclude
Paid Shipping Fee Set mapping rule based on paid shipping fee by buyer. Available operators are less
than ( < ) and greater than or equals to ( >= )
Consignment Set mapping rule based on selected consignment point. Available operators are
Method equals and not equals to
Please note that this is optional. You can opt to not have any rule defined at all.
Linked eBay ID
You need to link your eBay ID to be able to process your orders. The setup wizard will guide you through the
process.
• click on the “Add eBay ID” button as shown in the wizard above, or visit “Go to My Account” > “eBay
ID Management” page
• A pop up page will be shown (you may want to allow pop-up in your browser)
• In the eBay sign in form, enter the eBay credential that you want to link to your EDIS account
• Click “I Agree” in the consent form
• Once done, your account will be linked to your EDIS account. You can repeat this step to add multiple
eBay ID here to manage all your orders in a single platform
Note: eBay ID that is already linked cannot be used in another EDIS login
Verify Your Account
Be default, all new EDIS login needs to go through verification process before using SpeedPAK service. This is
equivalent to account verification / KYC process with most carrier service provider.
You will not be able to process your order before completing the verification process.
1. If your account is still unverified, system will prompt a warning every time you login and landed on the
system

Steps to Verify Your Account
Please follow these steps to verify your account:
2. A pop up window will appear. Do take note that sometimes your browser might block the pop-up. If
this happens, you will need to manually click on the pop-up link, or allow all pop-up from this website
3. Your will be presented with a form to enter your company information. Fill in and submit this form for
Orange Connex to process your application.
Important!
• Sellers are required to have a business entity (sole proprietor or private limited) in
China to apply for a SpeedPAK account.
• The form is currently in Mandarin only, but we aim to provide an English version
soon.
4. Once your account is verified, your account status will be reflected in places previously mentioned.
Fees, Charges and Payment
SpeedPAK service uses a prepaid model for payment. Here’s a summary of a typical payment cycle:
1. Seller top up their account using the available payment options. A minimum balance is required in
order to use SpeedPAK service
2. Seller process each order by filling up required information (weight, destination, shipping service)
3. Based on destination and weight, EDIS will display an estimated amount for each order ready to be
shipped.
4. When seller generate tracking number, the estimated amount will be frozen from the account (but
not actually being charged yet)
5. Parcel will be picked-up / dropped-off to Orange Connex
6. Actual charges will be imposed to seller’s account after parcel is being consolidated and re-weight by
Orange Connex. This usually happens within 1 business day after PUDO.
7. Seller top-up if their whenever the balance is low
8. Seller review payment history regularly in EDIS system
How to Top Up
You can top up your balance in a few ways:
2. From top right menu, click “Go to My Account” > “Finance Information”.
Click “Recharge Now” to open the reload page (might need to disable pop-up blocker in your browser)
Top Up Payment Option
In the reload page, you can choose your ship-from location. There are different payment option depending on
the ship-from country.
Note: the reload page is currently on available in Mandarin Chinese. English version will be available
soon
2. Select payment platform of your choice, and the currency to use. Click Next once you’re done
3. Fill in the top-up details, such as amount to top-up and remarks. The total payable amount (inclusive
of administrative fees) will be shown.
There will also be a currency conversion if the top-up currency is different from the final currency
used (HKD for Hong Kong, CNY for Mainland China). The estimated conversion rate will be shown but
might be different from the actual transaction imposed by the payment platform.
4. Once you click “Confirm Top Up”, system will redirect to the payment platform. Login in with the
correct credential to proceed with payment
• Side Menu displays orders at different stages, such as pending (orders that are paid and need to be
shipped), Awaiting PUDO (orders will all details filled in and ready for pick-up/drop-off) etc
• Order Sync Status indicate when was the last order import time. EDIS will periodically collect eBay
orders in the background to always show the up-to-date orders. If you need to perform an ad-hoc
order sync, you can also click on the “Sync Order Now” button
• Status Tab will divide all pending orders into different categories. Sellers Seller need to perform 5
simple steps for orders here before sending them off to PUDO:
1. Complete all required parcel information
2. Select the correct shipping service
3. Generate tracking number
4. Print Shipping Label and paste on the parcel
5. Confirm package and schedule for PUDO
• Filter lets you perform advance search to find the order you are looking for.
• Bulk Edit Panel can be used to perform action on multiple order in one go.
Preparing Orders for Shipping
Each tab represent the type of missing information that seller need to work on before sending for PUDO. Click
on each status to complete the required steps until orders appear in “Awaiting Confirm” status
For orders appearing under “Incomplete Package Info”, you will need to fill in weight, declare name and ship-
from, ship-to address and consignment point for those orders. Once all the missing information are filled, they
will move to the next stage.
Note: by default, most of the information should be filled in upon imported from eBay, unless if the
listing does not contains these information (e.g. missing dimension and weight)
For orders appearing under this tab, you need to select the correct SpeedPAK shipping service (economy or
standard). By default, EDIS will automatically match each order using the correct rules:
If the above fails, seller need to manually select the correct service by clicking on the “Apply Service” button.
Seller can also choose to manually rerun the mapping rule by clicking the “Run Mapping Rule” button. This
will fires the predefined mapping rule again.
Note: according to the eBay policy, it is important to select the correct service selected by buyer. If
seller mistakenly select the wrong service (and it is a downgrade of what seller selects), this eBay ID
might face penalty and account restriction.
Once an order has all the required information and shipping service, it is ready to get a SpeedPAK tracking
number. Under this tab, seller can review the final information of each orders, as well as the estimated
shipping fees calculated based on parcel’s weight, shipping service and destination country
To get a tracking number, click on the “Apply Trackcode” button. This will:
Awaiting Confirmation
This is the final stage before sending parcel for Pick-up/drop-off. Seller can print label to be attached to the
actual parcel, and confirm pick-up/drop-off.
There are 2 label format to be selected: Thermal printer or A4. You can select according to your preference.
Clicking on “Confirm Package” will send the pick-up/drop-off request to Orange Connex.
If you wish to make changes to this package, you can click “”Void Tracking Number”. This will remove the
tracking number generated, unfreeze shipping fee from your account, and move this order back to “Missing
Tracking Number” state.
No Shipping Service / Other Problems
Orders appearing in this tab usually have problems that EDIS failed to fixed/diagnosed. Usually this is caused
by unsupported shipping service to the destination country, or issue in the ship-to address.
You can check the exact error by clicking on the alert icon next to each orders:
To perform bulk edit operation, select the checkboxes of orders to apply action on (or choose “select all” to
select all orders), and select the type of action to apply.
You can:
To create a customer folder, click on the “+” button next to Pending menu, and enter a name for the folder.
This folder will be created and available for use.
You can view the detail of each problematic orders here and contact Orange Connex customer service to
understand more about the problem.
Deleted Orders
Seller can choose to delete an orders. All deleted orders will be placed inside the deleted side menu.
There are several filter options available, such as seller/buyer ID, sales record number, Item ID, buyer country
and etc. Once you’ve enter the criteria, click “Filter” to perform the search.
To create a new sub user account, visit “Go to My Account” > “eDIS Sub-Account Management”
In this page, enter the new sub-user email address, their login name and department information.
After clicking Save, a registration email will be sent to the user, and he/she need to complete the same
registration process.
All the activated sub users will be shown here. To assign ebay ID to a particular sub user, click the Authorized
eBay ID link.
Select the eBay ID to be assigned to this user. This will allow the orders from these eBay. To assign ebay IDs
for this sub user, move the eBay ID from left panel to right panel. To revoke access, simply move the eBay IDs
back from right to left.

4. To download this as csv/excel, select the “File Format” drop down, and a pop-up box will be shown to
download the file (you might need to disable pop-up blocker in your browser)
Historical Data:
The other report is the detailed parcel report, which shows individual package ID, tracking number, weight,
shipping destination and fees.
It will take a few seconds to generate the file. You can refresh the page to check the status.
SKU Management
EDIS also provides the ability to create your own SKU-based inventory list. Each SKU will have attributes such
as dimensions and weights, and when the SKU code matches the “customer label” field of the sold listing,
EDIS automatically applies these attributes to the order and reducing the need to fill them in manually.
This setup is completely optional, but highly recommended as it will help reducing manual labor and greatly
speed up the order fulfilment process.

LIBA Contained Indicate wither this item contains Lithium Ion Battery. Currently SpeedPAK
does not support parcel with battery
Country of Origin Country of origin for this item
Declaration name Declaration name of this item, in both English and Chinese. This will be
(English/Chinese) shown on the shipping label
