Literature review:

Bangladesh is a land of rivers .Flooding is occurring every year . Thus, water

logging is common problem in our daily life . we see that , rain may come out late
but water logging has no time to delay after rain. In some place there is always
water logging even in dry season because there is lack of drainage system.
Water logging is a curse in urban life . water resource is finite but their
distribution is not same in all time in case of quantity .( cooper ,2002). Pabna is
one of the oldest municipality in Bangladesh . In this area urbanization is done
rapidly now a days. For this reason there is two types of water logging , one is
permanent and another is temporary . maximum water logging is occurred in
monsoon season. For this water loging , people face economical,physical and
health related problems.
