Definition of Common Agreement

Examples of Common Agreement in a sentence

Capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined herein shall have the respective meanings
assigned thereto in the Common Agreement.

When used in this Agreement including the recitals hereto, capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein
which are defined in Exhibit A to the Common Agreement have the meanings given to them in the
Common Agreement.

Except to the extent provided otherwise in this Agreement, nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to
prejudice the rights and responsibilities, if any, of such Agent with respect to any other Credit Party arising
out of the Common Agreement or any other Loan Document.

All such prepayments shall be made to the Lenders entitled thereto pro rata and shall otherwise be paid in
the manner set forth in Section 2.1 of the Common Agreement.

For all purposes of this Agreement and the Exhibits hereto, the principles of construction set forth in Exhibit
B to the Common Agreement shall apply mutatis mutandis to this Agreement as if set forth in full in this
Section 1.3.
