Subject: Attendance for absence.

Dear Madam,
With due respect I want to inform you that I am a student of AMT-4. Due to high fever and
cough I couldn’t attend the class on 11th October 2018. I was too weak to travel to Nishat
nagar from Mirpur with that condition. If I could get the attendance of those classes it will be
very help full for me. I’ll do the testes today. I’ll submit the report after getting them. For
now I submitted my prescription here.

I, therefore pray and hope that you will grant me those attendance and oblige thereby.
