KUBI-NEU

With implementing „KUBI-NEU“ we have to implement in Callcenter the possibility to search with
an additional property “KUBI-Neu-Number” for clients and offer the possibility to open the “KUBI-
Neu Programm” via a link and display there directly the mask for client information.
Additional we must provide a new link to RV-WEB where the user can see the “MVPlus-
Kundenkontoanlage/Änderung” screen. The implementation of this GUI in RV-WEB is now in
progress. Once they are finished, we will receive the link for the call.

KUBI-Neu will work for BV and RV clients and therefore we have not to separate for the Mandant.

Following needs to be changed in Callcenter:

 New field to enter KUBI_Number

 Search for client with KUBI-Number
 Search for KUBI-Number with client number and Mandant
 New Menu entry to call KUBI-Programm (with the mandant we know if we should call KUBI
for RV/BV)
 Store Link for calling KUBI-RAIVIS
 Store Link for calling KUBI-UNIQA
 New Menu entry for calling „MVPLus Konto“ in RV-WEB
 Store Link for calling MVPlus Konto in RV-WEB

Search
The search will be done by calling a service in KUBI Interface. The KUBI-Number will not be stored
in the Callcenter Database. The service must have high performance.
You have to search in KUBI with
  KubiNumber
 Clientnumber/Mandant

If you search in Callcenter via a name and the list with client is displayed. You should start the
search in KUBI, when the proper client is selected from the list. In KUBI it is not possible to get a
list of KUBI/Numbers.
As far as I know you only get on Kubi/Number for one client.

Menü entry
Call KUBI
We will need a new menu entry between UIP and AVE named “KUBI”.
Here we will have following sub menu, but this might change.
 KUBI

Looks like, that we have to call two different Links one for RAIVIS-KUBI and one for UNIQA-KUBI,
based on the Mandant we can select the correct link and therefore do not need two menu entries.

Call RV-WEB MVPlus Kundenkonto

New Menu entry beneth RV-WEB Evidenzliste for calling MVPuls Kundenkonto in RV-WEB,
named “MVPlus Kundenkonto”
