From the research and observation of the school, it seems to me that the future success

of the school depends on the achievement of the school's vision; the use of the
production model of the school's work culture, which uses all the elements of planning,
development and evaluation; the cooperation of the principal The team is supported by
the entire school community; and the use of data to support a continuous improvement
culture. There may be many ways to continuously improve the school; however, there is
a basic method that is the same as the widely studied school work culture model:
analysis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Then restart the cycle. I found that
the most productive principals can use data to drive their decisions, adjust goals and
objectives, and focus on achievable goals through the existing school structure while
monitoring the results. They are willing to challenge the status quo to establish a new
learning environment. Good principals are more likely to take risks and let their teachers
take risks. Sharing data transparently (from employees, students and communities) and
making real changes is the biggest improvement for the school. Moreover I would give
priority on adopting technology specially with the recent pandemic.
The intelligent use of technology can transform and improve almost every
aspect of school, modernizing the nature of curriculum, student assignments,
parental connections, and administration. Online curricula now include lesson
plans, simulations, and demonstrations for classroom use and review. With
online connections, students can share their work and communicate more
productively and creatively. Teachers can maintain records and assessments
using software tools and stay in close touch with students and families via
email and voicemail. Schools can reduce administrative costs by using
technology tools, as other fields have done, and provide more funds for the
classroom.
