For all of this problem, there is a lack of research that does not allow a
single approach to the diagnostic activity of the company, for which the
diagnostic procedure was created and approved in Ukrainian
companies.
In determining the objectives and action plans, this type of plan allows
the exporter to anticipate possible difficulties in the new market and to
prepare the response to them, without deviating the objectives.
