HOW TO MAKE HOMEMADE EYE DROPS WITH MSM

MSM EYE DROP RECIPE EQUIPMENT:


Measuring spoon
Dropper bottle
Heat resistant jug with a pouring lip
Heat resistant Glass Demineralized water for sterilisation
Sterilising wipes
Strainer

SERVINGS:
5 dropper bottles size 1.6 oz. / 0,5 dl

INGREDIENTS:
8 oz. / 2½ dl Demineralized water (250 ml)
½ - 1 tsp. rock salt or sea salt (I use Himalayan salt) (4,25 gr)
2½ tsp. MSM powder (24,25 gr)

MEASUREMENT RATIO:
Water: 89,5% (250g)
Salt: 1,5% (4,25g)
MSM powder: 9% (24,25g)

DIRECTIONS:
STERILIZE
1. Wash hands thoroughly, a pair of clean gloves is recommended.
2. Clean working surfaces.
3. Place your equipment in the sink.
4.Pour boiling hot demineralised water over your equipment.
5. Wipe it all off with sterilising wipes.
MAKE THE SALT WATER SOLUTION
1. Boil the 8 oz. / 2½ dl demineralised water.
2. Pour in into a jug.
3. Add the salt.
4. Stir until dissolved.
5. Strain into another jug or glass.
MAKING THE MSM DROPS
1. Pour your salt water solution into a jug with a pouring lip
2. Add MSM powder.
3. Stir until dissolved.
4. Pour the mixture into a dropper bottles.
5. The eye drops should have the same shelf life as the organic sulfur (MSM) has.
6. Shake the solution before each use.
