SUMMARY

UNFCCC’s objective is to stabilize greenhouse gas concentrations in the

atmosphere at a level that would prevent dangerous anthropogenic
interference with the climate system”.
Levels of Green House gases like Co2, CH4, CFC’s have been increased
globally and these gases are the main cause for the global warming and
also for the increasing temperature globally.
Kyoto protocol was adopted then with the aim to reduce the emission of
gases that contribute to global warming.
Paris agreement was also introduced with an aim to strengthen the
global response to the threat of climate change by keeping a global
temperature rise this century well below 2 degrees Celsius above pre-
industrial levels and to pursue efforts to limit the temperature increase
even further to 1.5 degrees Celsius.
We need to adopt many technological and environmental methods to
combat climate change. Also all countries should work together to combat
climate change and share information, expertise, system, and resources,
after all climate change is a worldwide threat and not fixed only on one
area.
Last but not the least, I want to say that-
“Progress is impossible without change and those who cannot change their
Minds cannot change anything”.
Thank you and have a nice day ahead.
