There was no loader and it took so long to redirect to that page.

3. User Controls and Freedom:


There’s too much freedom ;) There’s already showing how much amount is to paid, why
would you give freedom to customer to enter any random number, and most of the cases,
customer will enter the above displayed amount.

5. Error Prevention

It’s shown what all to include in the Password field, but did not recognize in real time, that
what all constraints are fulfilled and what all are left… If we missed any constraints, after
clicking the submit button, we get to know the missing constraint.

7. Flexibility and efficiency of use

We can’t see the history of bills with just Consumer No.

8. Aesthetic and minimalist design


This is not a homepage, it’s the Login Page, there’s unnecessary Information on Login Page.
