Evaluated from the sales data of spare parts in Japan,

there are some gears sold in past, but it is not clear how

Answer:

The performace of class D155c dozers is satifactory. The

quality is comparable to CAT in terms of life.

service life of the product is quite good with ease in

maintenance, and service/maintenance hours is almost same
as different brands like CAT.

Mainly, the floating seal has oil leakage issue with the time.

The traction power of F/D is efficient and also seems

effective in rough terrain.

SSGC does not have any kind of contract related to the

mainteance and repairs of F/D. We have our own workshop
and do the mainteance and repairs on our own.

we only have the brand of CAT which dozing capacity can be

comparable to D155c. Comparing the performance of both
machines, we found both the machines efficent and effective.

Yes, we have a faced a lot of issue like this. We have to

replace overall assembly of the equipment due to
unavailablity of the required part. This thing should be
conssidered by the manfactures so that tha mainteance cost
can be reduced.
