Q. The story “The snake and the mirror” is humorous. Discuss.

Ans:
The snake and the mirror is a very humorous story about a homoeopathy doctor
and a snake. The doctor was very proud of his good looks and always praised
them. He thought that he was very intelligent and smart but when a situation came
in which his smartness was to be checked he failed. Another humorous element in
the story was that when the snake was lying on the shoulder of the doctor the
snake suddenly looks into the mirror and when the snake looks into the mirror it
seems to the doctor as if it is a female or a male also he thought whether the snake
wanted to apply vermilion spot and other things such as mascara. When at the end
the doctor leaves his house in the fear of snake he leaves his house open and the
Thief steals away everything except The Dirty vest which was of the doctor does
these incidents make the story very humorous.

A Vase

A vase is an open container which can be made from a number of materials such
as ceramics, glass, brass, etc. Potters make vases by applying a
protective coating to the conventional wood. Vases come in different
shapes , sizes and are often decorated with pictures and different kinds of
scenary .Some have handles which help us to hold and transfer to one
place to another. Some are kept on a table or in a veranda to look more
beautiful and auspicious .We keep different kinds of flowers inside a vase
.Some have shoulders ,some are tall, some are short. The base of the
vase is done in such a way that it can hold the flowers properly. Some
vase flares back out at the top . Some have body that curves inward .

It was an amazing day, full of fun and frolic. We all stood aghast to see a strange flying object
over our heads. We started guessing it maybe a UFO, or a airplane or something else. As we
saw the moving object appear to coming down toward us, we scared and start running but
when we look back to see where the object is we found that, object is coming behind us. We
again scared and run more fast.After running we found a small hut and we all enter in to it to
hide from that flying object. After hidding the hut we look from window where the object
is,then we saw that the object is coming down to the ground. When it landed to the group
there were a lot of soil around us, so cant we see anything. After 4-5 minutes we saw that
object is opening, a ladder came out fron that object and to our imagination there's small
creature's start coming from that UFO. They were looking like lizard, with long tail, and purple
eyes and a big antina on their head with big ear.They were searching for something else and
looking very innocent and quite. We came out from the hut and asked them "Hello, friends
who are you? Where did you come from?" but they dont know what we are speaking to
them.Then with our body language we try to make them understand that we are friends and
will help you. After some times they became friendly with us.We provide them some fruits to
eat.They happily eat the fruits and then one of them went back to the UFO and came out with
some small cups in their hands.They gave 1-1 cup each of us.It was a very tasty and
delicious ice cream. We all eat that ice cream, play with them, after some time, they went
back to the UFO and promised that they will come every sunday to play with us. They waves
there hands to say goodbye and door closed. With in a few minutes UFO start and fly in the
sky and disappear in the sky.We are feeling very happy and excited to tell to our friend that
we saw a UFO and aliens. And they are our friends now. We play with them, eat ice cream.
Hopefully, from that day Aliens became friends with us.
