ALERT will pay the actual cost, up to a maximum of P10,000, of
medical or surgical treatment. This includes fees for hospitalization
from injuries, including fractures and dislocations, sustained
within 52 weeks from the date of accident. Expenses covered
include medicine, X-ray and laboratory fees and trained nurses.

Daily Accident Hospital Benefit (DAHB)
In the event of a hospital confinement during the covered period,
this rider will pay the daily hospital benefit up to a maximum of
P400 within 30 days from the date of accident. Payment begins
on the 1st day of confinement for a maximum of 12 months.

Accidental Death or Disablement
In the event of a student’s Accidental Death or Disablement resulting
from a covered injury including motorcycling, ALERT will provide
benefits of up to a maximum of P100,000. Benefits are doubled
should death or disablement occur while the student is a passenger
in a public conveyance.
